With over 26 years' experience in Corporate Banking, and having worked with industry leaders across all fields, Christian brings essential knowledge and experience to the role of CFO.
Originally from Ballarat, a city built on mining, Christian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Acc, Eco, Law) and has a deep understanding of global affairs, politics, and economics, delivering knowledge based, real world solutions. 
Working alongside our CEO, Christian is focused on establishing the strongest possible financial foundations for the group, delivering confidence in our ability to thrive today and well into the future.
Tony is an accomplished Mining Leader with a strong background in operations and a proven track record in supplier, contractor, and principal relations.
Tony is recognised for his success in creating value for large-scale operations and consistently exceeding budget, sales, and operational targets.  Holding a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, Tony understands the value and impact that great customer support can have on the success of a supplier into the mining industry.
Tony has found success by delivering what he promises by driving value for clients through audits, relationship-building, and innovative practices, and cultivating strategic relationships to facilitate innovation on the global scale.
With over two decades in Mine engineering Tom has strived to bridge the gap on the disconnect between complex mine development models and their accurate implementation in the field.​Under Tom's technological direction, Minarvis is offering real-time, precise visualisation, promising enhanced safety, significant cost reductions, and improved operational efficiency.​His extensive background includes academic roles as a Guest Professor at Hokkaido University and a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer at the WA School of Mines, Curtin University, it was here that he pioneered AI analysis in mining and developed MR applications.
He holds a PhD in Mining Engineering and an MSc in Energy and Resources Engineering. Within recent times Tom has held senior positions as Principal Technical Specialist and a Senior/Blasting Consultant on numerous projects.
